RETURNS POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
A Romantic Soul will gladly offer an item/size exchange or a refund.
All returned items must be unworn, un laundered, un damaged, un altered with all tags attached and in original condition. Please take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor. If items are not deemed to be in original condition, A Romantic Soul has the right to reject any return requests.

Any return or exchange requests must be lodge via email & returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, all return shipping costs are at the cost of the customer.
A Romantic Soul is not responsable for lost or stolen return parcels.
Restocking Fee
As we are a very small handmade-to-order brand, each piece is carefully crafted and handmade especially for you once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece. A 10% restocking fee will be imposed on returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at info@aromanticsoul.com with a detailed description and images of the fault.
Please note damage caused by wear and tear or incorrect care for the garment is not considered a fault.
Hire
- Our garments are not authorized for rental use.
Cancellations
- No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
