A Romantic Soul is a contemporary couture label hand made in Australia using traditional sewing techniques to create feminine silhouettes combined with delicate yet eye-catching details.
   Our aim is to design beautiful garment to enhance the female form using a made-to-ordre business model. We focus on high quality fabrics and trims and meticulous craftmanship to produce timeless and unique pieces.

Sizing

  • All our garments fit true to our sizechart.
  • If in-between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
  • For dresses, if your measurements are not consistent with a single size, we recommand using your hips measurement to determine your ideal size as all our dresses are designed with an adjustable lace up back. 
  • Measurements in red are the garments true sizes.

    Made-to-order

    Each garment is designed, cut and constructed in our studio in Perth, Western Australia.

    Fabric for each piece is ordered to the metre to avoid any wastage. Fabrics & accessories are sourced from local businesses within Australia.

    Production time frame:

    • 2 weeks for sleeves.
    • 2 to 3 weeks for tops and skirts.
    • 3 to 5 weeks for dresses.

      Shipping

      • Free express shipping within australia.
      • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
      • International orders: Flat rate of $30AUD
      • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 days
      • Taxes and duties not included.
      • All orders are sent with a tracked and signed for service via Australia Post.

      • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.

      • A Romantic Soul does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods from deliveries.

      • A Romantic Soul is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the postal service.

      • If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, A Romantic Soul is not responsible for locating the parcel and will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

      Returns

      As we are a very small handmade-to-order brand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each piece is carefully crafted and handmade especially for you once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece.

      We always leave enough seam allowance to allow for changes and alterations to adjust your garment to a larger size.

      Hire

      • Our garments are not authorized for rental use.

      Cancellations

      • No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
